REGULAR DOMESTIC CARE
Regular domestic cleaning focuses on the household tasks that need doing again and again: accessible surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens and floors. Agree the frequency and priorities with the team.

a closer look.

Built-up dirt / closer attention
More time for accumulated grime and the areas missed in a routine visit. Identify the rooms and surfaces that need extra attention.

Material, condition and the item size help determine the appropriate specialist approach.

Ask for these jobs explicitly. They should not be assumed to be part of a standard domestic visit.
Have an affected surface that needs assessment?
Moving & Property Cleaning
Before the handover.
After the building work.

Share the handover checklist, property condition and whether the rooms will be empty. Confirm oven and carpet cleaning in the quote.

For fine dust and agreed residues after renovation. Explain what work has been done and which rooms are affected.
A cleaning visit does not guarantee a deposit refund. The landlord or agent assesses the tenancy handover.
Outdoor & Additional Services
For patios and garden clean-up, discuss the surface, area, access and any waste-handling requirements before booking.
Which service do you need?
Your starting point
Useful when the main task is keeping on top of the usual household work. Agree repeat visits and a room-by-room priority list.

A one-off clean describes a single visit; a deep clean describes the level of detail. Tell the team how long it has been since the areas were thoroughly cleaned.

Moving and renovation work have different checklists. Explain whether you are handing over an empty property or dealing with dust after building work.

What our cleaners actually do
Use these examples to plan your visit. Final tasks and exclusions need to be agreed for the service you choose.

BATHROOM / FIXTURES & SURFACES
Worktops, sinks, taps, hob surfaces and accessible cupboard fronts are useful priorities. Discuss grease, delicate materials and any inside-appliance work separately.
Agree cleaning for the basin, bath, shower, toilet, mirrors and floors. Describe any heavy limescale or delicate stone so the team can assess the work.
Typical tasks include dusting accessible furniture, vacuuming carpets and suitable hard-floor cleaning. Agree access around furniture and fragile items.
Skirting boards, switches and other easily missed surfaces may need more time. Identify these when planning a one-off or detailed clean.

SMALL DETAILS / AGREED IN ADVANCE

Soft furnishings need a suitable method. Ask whether your particular item can be assessed; specialist treatment is not automatically included.

Ask for these explicitly
Oven, carpet, window and mattress cleaning are separate specialist services. Confirm whether any specialist task is included in your quote.
Cleaning prices explained
Quotes are worked out individually rather than from a standard starting tariff. The useful question is what your quote covers.
The rooms, surfaces and amount of work needed.
A routine visit, a detailed clean or specialist care.
Items, reach, parking and work outside the usual scope.
Before booking, ask about VAT, minimum charges, optional work and access costs. Confirm the final scope and total price.

THE DETAILS BEFORE THE DAY
Before your appointment
Give your postcode, property size and the rooms or items that need attention.
Ask about products and equipment. Mention delicate finishes, allergies and pets.
Discuss keys, parking, entry instructions and whether the home needs to be empty.
Check the available date, scope and quote. Weekend and same-day options depend on availability.

FOR THE WAY LONDON LIVES
Before you book
Prices are quoted individually, based on property size, condition, service, frequency and any specialist work. Call with your postcode and priorities, and confirm the total and what it includes.
Regular cleaning is a repeat routine for everyday tasks. Deep cleaning allows closer attention to accumulated grime and neglected areas. A one-off clean simply means one appointment; it can be routine or detailed, depending on the agreed scope.
Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. Confirm the arrangements for your chosen service and mention any allergies, product preferences or delicate materials before booking.
Do not assume so. Oven and carpet cleaning are listed as separate specialist services. Ask for them explicitly and confirm whether they are included in the quote or charged separately.
Availability depends on your postcode, the work and the schedule. Call to check before making arrangements.
Agree access and key-handling arrangements directly with the team. Explain any entry restrictions, pets or alarms. Moving and tenancy cleans may also need an empty property.
Services cover Central and Greater London, including North, South, East and West London. Give your postcode to confirm the chosen service and appointment availability.
Agree the tasks, price and access. Point out fragile items and surfaces needing special care. Ask what should be moved or cleared and whether any equipment or products need to be provided.
No cleaning service can decide how a landlord or agent handles a deposit. Share the handover checklist and agree the cleaning tasks; the tenancy agreement and overall property condition also matter.
